Sorry it didn't work out. I was kinda pulling for ya! When you finally meet, I would also reiterate how dangerous that was that her boyfriend would put her on top of a car(I'm assuming the hood), I'm assuming without a leash as well. She could have died, been injured badly, etc. Hopefully they've learned a lesson. When she comes, I would also see how "Little Mommy" reacts to her; she should be extremely excited to see her. If not, I'd be concerned. But I guess there's not much more you can do other than give her back.
I would definitely take the reward. You can let her know you've fallen so much in love with her that you're considering using it towards a yorkie baby of your own! Then maybe in the future, you all can have play dates...and of course, you can always tell her about YT!!! We'd love to continue to hear about how she's doing.
