I can't believe Apple Cider Vinegar removes moles on humans. Vinegar is slightly acidic, and useful for many things, but it will not burn a mole off. Beware of what you read on the Internet. What they might be suggesting is more for treatment of what some people call a beauty mark, or a flat type of mole, where the skin is highly pigmented, but I really doubt if the vinegar would do much with that either. The best way is to have a doctor remove it.
