I've never had a problem with the Intra III nasal. I've known those that have received the vaccination, which my vet is highly against, have had reactions.

Granted it isn't a core vaccine, however, if you take your pup to be groomed and/or out in public, it's better to err on the side of caution. While kennel cough needs to run it's course, there is always a chance of the development of pnuemonia.
