As far as your puppies Shasha- I'm no breeder but you will have to keep them apart if this happened before - I don't know if what I'm saying is correct but I'd never take a chance like this if it happened before
I'm sorry and you must be devestated - I also wonder if you can stop having females having puppies at the same time - it may not solve this behavior but at least you have control over what may happen
