Don't neuter before 6 months, at the same time have them check the puppy teeth, remove any bad, double teeth and have them cleaned at the same time...
be sure and find a vet that uses gas ONLY not anestesia these little guys can't handle it. There is no good reason for your puppy to be put under twice, so best to have it all done at once.
Oh my please change your vet find someone that is very knowledgable treating toy breeds.
