I have 5 that visit the groomer every month. I make an appointment for 2 or 3 at a time.I bathe them myself (the day before) Then i take them in and stand and wait (I can see them the whole time) She is the best groomer I have seen. Not only does she do a great job with my babies she puts up with me having to be able to stand and watch while she does her job. Her normal price is $55.00 per dog and she charges me $25.00 per dog. If I only want a trim with potty area, feet ,ears ect she charges normally $25.00 and charges me $10.00. So last Friday my bill was 95.00 for all 5. I have had a yorkie or 4 in my life, for 28 yrs. and I have been to many groomers, seen many things that upset me, so I will only take them to someone that allows me to stay and watch. Even while standing and watching some of the things I have seen (by the young boys washing the dogs) you would think they would not do that knowing someone was watching. The women that owns the shop is the only one allowed to groom my babies. She is great and does a wonderful job. I also tip her. |
