I'm with you Nancy. Still, if it were us, I'd have said something so the other person wasn't left hanging like that
Tuffy loves to meet others but we're also still trying to teach him not to bark at dogs we meet because it really tends to get both dogs wound up too much. So, if we DO see another Yorkie & he starts to bark we make sure to say something to the other owner to that effect & move on.
He's learning so much on a daily basis
