Default Detangling shampoo?

Hi everyone!

I have a new little yorkie puppy that I have named "Princess". I have had her for almost 6 weeks. Princess is about 17 weeks old.

I am finding my little girls hair seems to be getting these tiny little clumps or tangles.

Any suggestions on how to keep these from happening and re-occuring?

I brush her several times a day, carefully to try to brush these tangle/clumps out. I even read somewhere to use a detangling spray after her bath or while brushing her. And I am also using a shampoo that is supposed to help with detangling.

Is there such a thing as a leave in conditioner or something to help with preventing this?

So far, it has not been too bad or too difficult to work thru these. But, I fear as she keeps getting older and starts to get more of her adult hair, this problem will only get worse.

I can already see that her adult hair is starting to come in as silver, under her black hair.

Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance for any suggestions or advice.
