I always think it is best to have some time off when you bring a new dog home. You will have to resist spending every second with your puppy but you can train your puppy to be independent. Put your puppy in its ex-pen for a few hours, go to the grocery store, go out to dinner, etc.
However, it will be a HUGE asset to potty training, bonding, and general training to have more time on your hands.
I would say go for it now BUT I do want to say it may be difficult to find a quality yorkie so soon, it may take awhile to find the perfect yorkie for you, so I wouldnt rush it just to have extra time with them.
