Yes, probably false pregnancy. My girl just went through this. The teat enlarges and she actually had milk coming out She has never been bred. Keep an eye on your girl if this occurs to make sure she doesn't get mastitis (infection in teat - sorry if that's wrong spelling) or pyometra - infection in the uterus.
