As far as I know, he didn't adjust it.
I don't really want to put blame on him, I'm new to the whole microchipping thing. It just confuses that here she was a perfectly healthy puppy one day, sees the vet the next and is sick within less than 24 hours of the process. She also had a physical that day before the chip was implanted and she passed with flying colors. |
Oh you should be putting blame on him. The needles should ALWAYS be checked to make sure they are secured properly no matter what the procedure is . It is a very simple check and there is NO EXCUSE not to check them for this very reason.
