which tropiclean? Is it the hypoallergenic one?

Royal canine puppy is not an allergy food and has too many ingredients for an allergy dog and acute dermatitis is allergy related so why a food with so many ingredients?

Also why antibiotics if there is no skin infection?

i strongly recommend you see a dermatologist for this as they have further education in skin issues in dogs and will get to the bottom of it much faster than a vet if there is even any problem as i do not like the use of antibiotics if there is no infection off of a skin scraping unless one was done and there was infection? Just to throw antibiotics at a problem with no diagnosis by scraping is not healthy for a dog with allergy issues in my opinion so i would get a second opinion with a dermatologist before giving antibiotics unless you just forgot to post they did skin scraping and she has a bacterial infection. What antibiotics did they give you - simplicef?

I don't like the "THINK" approach when using drugs so please again see a dermatologist so you can get the "KNOW" diagnosis

here is a link on info i wrote on allergies
