oh my gosh! They are so tiny! You must be exhausted! I hope mom comes into milk soon. I have not have a c-section (well my dogs haven't but I had 2 :-) ) so I can't speak from experience there but when Zoe has her pups, she is ravenous afterwards and for the first week or two. I feed her several times a day and she practically sucks it down like a vacuum cleaner. I would be concerned but maybe someone more experienced will share with you....
Good luck and try to get some rest. Oh... are you giving fenegreek? It helps bring milk in. I bought some at the GNC store locally. Maybe that will help!
