My question is, can a vet refuse to see, treat, or perform surgeries/dental because you do not annually vaccinate? |
no they usually don't and if they did I would switch vets as they should never vaccinate a sick dog nor a dog going under for surgery as that is not safe. The body should be at the healthiest state when vaccinating.
