you need to remember that there are thousands of dogs that are given this medication with no problem what so ever. just because a few dogs have a problem with it doesn't mean the administration for all needs to be changed. |
i consulted with 3 human pharmacists after my dog went through this and all said what i stated below and this is a tiny dog. The more food with it the better as it can damage the lining of the intestines. I am also on a yahoo group for nsaids. I read what it does to dogs ALOT. I know alot about this after what happened to my dog. We will have to agree to disagree on this one gf it is best and safest if given mid meal not with a snack. I agree with the rest you stated but not the snack part
