get her to a neurologist NOW. This does not sound like epilepsy or low thyroid. My dog had a T4FREE of .38 and did not do that - circling and that kind of pain sounds like a neurological condition in her spine that can progress further. I am going to post a couple threads BRB
turning in circles, disoriented, and pain sounds like GME and it can happen to a dog at any age. Sorry i missed your post earlier
what meds is she on now?
