I hate to tell you guys but alot of vets use "super glue" animal glue for spay and neuter. The vet does the first step with dissolvable stitches and then brings in more skin over the suture and closes with animal glue. If you did not have to return to the vets to have the stitches taken out then they used animal glue.

P.S. I am not addressing this issue because I do not know what vets due with this kind of situation.
