That's true! I moved out of the condo I was renting out with some other girls in Dec. I went to visit my old roomies only to find out it had been foreclosed on in Feb. They're still living there from what I can gather, but haven't paid a dime. Our landlord stopped making his mortgage payments for over a year. I don't know what's going to happen to my old roomies.
