How old is he? If Pepsi was consistently going potty in the right place rule out anything medical first. If he's the picture of health, think back to see if anything in his little doggy world changed. Is he neutered? If not, this could be marking behavior. For now, his ex-pen might be the best place for him. You can't help him if your stressed. He'll sense your negative energy and that will make him more nervous.
Does he do it at specific times only? Like when he's really excited or really nervous?
