Three lbs is not only unacceptable it is dangerous and irresponsible! This guy sounds like a real gem. I can't even imagine what happened to the puppies from a 3 lb mom that were sold off at 5 to 7 weeks old.
I'm sorry but it is things like this that make me just want to cry or possibly hit someone
But since I am a nice and kind hearted person I usually just cry.
