it is true. I think the best way to recommend somebody or NOT recommend not only write name, but explain WHY.
For instance,
I do not recommend ... because...:
- she doesn't show the parents
- she ship her pups everywhere across the country (my personal opinion
)
- she breeds many breeds
- she doesn't give any health guarantee or her quarantee for 72 hours or so, or tricky guarantee (like only exchange puppy):will you want to take a new puppy from a person, who sold you a sick already?
- she sells pupps in 6-7 weeks
- she advertises t-cup and breeds very tiny females
- she doesn't ask questions about me, why I want this breed, what I know about this breed, where do I live, do I have a yard, do I have small children, etc, etc
or
I recommend because...:
- she breeds for quality, not money
- she has only one breed
- she visit the shows
- she doesn't ship across the country
- she communicate with owner after puppy sold
- her dogs are raised at home
- she checks future owners/she doesn't sell to every house
- she sells pups at 10-12 weeks
- she shows the parents
- she give a good health quarantee (sometimes even life quarantee for genetic problems with returning money back)
- she doesn't advertise t-cup and do not breed very small females
etc. etc.
