My little foster, Ozzy, had a terrible CT. In the end, his heart did give out, but we were able to manage him quite well for some time.
The one medication that I mention a lot is Lomotil. I would never have thought it would work, but it did! I had a friend who also had a CT pup and it also worked for her.
They need to be kept calm and cool. I found that the TX humidity was very hard on Ozzy.
I hope that Sully will continue to improve and make it back home! I will say prayers.
