Default Starting to train

Bella is 8.5 weeks old and I have had her for several weeks now. (Yes, very early due to unforseen circumstances.) I have decided to start training her.

We tried to get her to sit, but she is too darned short to train like you would a normal sized dog. (All my puppies learned to sit at 8 weeks, but were MUCH MUCH bigger.) Sitting on the floor with puppy treats, just doesn't really work.

I wonder if starting this on the ourdoor patio table would maybe be easier cause you can get closer to her level?? She already is familiar with us calling her name and saying come and has only had a handful of 'potty accidents.' She didn't have one until last night she pottied on daddy's pillow. He didn't get mad, just changed the case and curled up with 'his' baby for the night. HE DIDN"T WANT TO GET HER was almost totally against it. Now he's stealing my baby from me. LOL.

Any advice would be appreciated. I know she would just be too darned cute if we could have this tiny thing sitting on command for company.
