I think he looks Yorkie. Lots of Yorkies grow hair on their ears, some
"parents" just choose to clip it off, and lots of Yorkies have docked tails. The fella in the picture is a real cutie. You would have to look for an adult if you are wanting a specific adult look though. Perhaps you should look at a rescue.
