Many will have a pot belly, or some obesity - but then they'll have "muscle wasting" in legs, shoulders, head, pelvis.

But, not all will have weight gain. Wylie, for example, had his normal little athletic body - no gain at all. His signalment was pyoderma, ear issues, polydipsia/polyuria, fur thinning. He did have muscle loss in legs etcetera.
