It will be very hard to fully train a puppy that had full access to your home. At 9 weeks that would be the equivalent of letting an infant be unsupervised. If you want to fully train him I would suggest that you keep a much closer eye on him. At the same time, it is much easier to train if you have other dogs in your home that are fully trained. The puppy will naturally follow the adult dogs. But it still is not advisable to let them have that much freedom. Good luck with your new puppy.
