I know marking can be stopped/prevented by doing the whole potty training routine all over again. Do not let him loose in you house, keep him in an expen, or crate, etc, and make a routine for him. Every time he goes outdoors, praise and treat like crazy. Don't let him out of your sight, watch him 24/7. The moment you see him leg lifting, clap your hands, or make any noise, and say 'ah-ah!' or whatever. Teach him it's a no-no. Humping can be stopped the same way. Whenever he does it, just tell him no and take the object away.
Congrats on Bentley! | Yeap everything that she said Plus get some bellybands if he is marking in your house. Congratulations on the new puppy.
