Well, I've never had to deal with much marking or humping, really. Jackson was almost 7 months old when he was neutered... he will mark outside on walks and stuff where other dogs have been, but he still squats to pee. He also would hump a little stuffed teddy bear he had, but since he's been neutered, he doesn't really do it often anymore. Sometimes if he sees this certain teddy bear, he will, but he's never ever tried to hump another dog, or a person, or anything. It's just not something that's been a problem for me, so I really don't have first hand advice for you.
I know marking can be stopped/prevented by doing the whole potty training routine all over again. Do not let him loose in you house, keep him in an expen, or crate, etc, and make a routine for him. Every time he goes outdoors, praise and treat like crazy. Don't let him out of your sight, watch him 24/7. The moment you see him leg lifting, clap your hands, or make any noise, and say 'ah-ah!' or whatever. Teach him it's a no-no. Humping can be stopped the same way. Whenever he does it, just tell him no and take the object away.
