Well all I can say is GOOD LUCK...lol...we had the very same problem with the Ex Pen. so we too decided to gate Riley and Bella in the Kitchen. well the both jumped the gate with no problem.. and you wanna hear the best part..we used a 40" piece of plywood for a gate..and they jumped it..with no effort at all..So we had to go back to the bad ole crate, for over night and when we leave the house. or when they cant be watched..they dont like it but, they left us no choice..lol...when you read info on the yorkie breed, how come it tells you about the hair color and weight, and personality, But it never tells you they are born with springs in their back feet...
