If you knew me... you'd know how hard this is on me though. I am the one who flosses every single day, brushes at least 2x a day every single day and at least 3x every other day. I take care of my teeth. I was lucky enough to never have a cavity until this year. Now I find out that I have 4 cavities and 2 were so bad that one tooth had to come out and now this tooth is iffy at best. How does that happen??? I always took care of and appreciated my teeth and smile, no braces, no problems ever. This is a big blow... I can't understand what I could have done better and I ask the dentist what more can I do to prevent this in the future and he says nothing really, I do all the right things. gggrrrrr |

so sorry I think some times it is just genetics. My dad is like you and he still ended up with periodontal. It just happens sometimes
hang in there and hopefully all will be fine and you will be laughing on your vacation drinking some rum
