It takes a lot of maturity to know that you aren't ready to bring a puppy in to your life yet. Far too many animals end up in shelters and being put down because their owners didn't do all the research. When you are ready, perhaps you could consider a rescued Yorkie. They adoption fees are considerably lower than buying a pup from a breeder. They are normally spayed/neutered already. And best of all, you would be doing a wonderful thing for a pup that needs a second chance.
