you have to be careful and not divulge into peoples personal medical history - she could come back with an invasion of privacy suit and harrassment and or stalking - you have to watch your own back here not just hers
just cover your bases - document everything thru the vet and keep looking for his real owners if you can showing you know it isn't her and that you tried. I do agree- don't leave him alone since she knows where you live and alert your neighbors for any suspicious ativity - maybe your local patrol too - if she's threatened you - Make sure they know it and never threaten back !
