Someone just posted this on another group about Texas law- LJ can you confirm on this as i think this is why Judy in Waco is having the 1 year requirement
The State of Texas has adopted the 3-year rabies vaccination timetable; however, TX law states that any municipality may adopt a more frequent schedule and that municipal law will supercede state law on this issue.
