Someone just posted this on another group about Texas law- LJ can you confirm on this as i think this is why Judy in Waco is having the 1 year requirement


The State of Texas has adopted the 3-year rabies vaccination timetable; however, TX law states that any municipality may adopt a more frequent schedule and that municipal law will supercede state law on this issue. http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.u...pdf/HS.826.pdf So xxxxxx city may have gone in stride with the state while xxxxxx town may have adopted a local ordinance requiring a 1-year rabies vaccination schedule.

I took out their names but wanted to get your take on this since you live there as to if this is what may be happening in Texas?
