But aside from that this lady is crazy. I agree with the others, take it to the vet (at her expense.) Even if the vet responds that it's a recent scar, that doesn't necessarily mean anything. I'd put definite restrictions on this woman as far as calling you or coming to your house. I'd documet every phone call and the gist of the conversation and I'd print out each email and keep them in a binder.

It reminds me of the Christian the Lion that the 2 guys raised and reunited with - this video is OUTSTANDING !! and not fake - this was a huge video on the net - I've watched it numerous times -

dogs are so much more human bonded - there's no way a dog wouldn't know his 'person'
