Have you tried to desensitize her feet and paws? When she is at home and relaxed you can touch and rub her paws so the she realizes that it is not a *bad* touch. This really helped with Pebbles when she was very young. I would have her on my lap and I worked her paws, between her pads, touched her nail and really she is pretty good about grooming.
