Just one thing...when you do add an animal to the family don't be surprised if you spend the first few days wondering if you've done the right thing. That's perfectly natural as it is a nerve wracking thing to do as it's changing the dynamics of the family. I've always had that feeling but it has never failed once and we've had a heck of a lot of animals over the years.
