I don't trust this lady at all. I just wonder if she really has cancer - she may or not, but like others have said, how does that change the way you breed or take care of your animals.
And you should never let a puppy (especially a yorkie = small) outside. I don't even leave my adults outside by themselves as I am afraid something will happen.
I have dealt with a horrible breeder and I am just getting bad vibes about this.
I think the safer thing would be to get your puppy sooner than later. I have the feeling she is just trying to get rid of them earlier = less work for her, faster payday.
I could be wrong and I hope I am. I don't like being so cynical, but like others are saying, too many red flags.
