This is exactally what I would do. However, your already at the vet's
and I wish you all the luck in the world.
This dog is not her's. No dog will forget his owner, no matter how long
he/she has been gone. Sorry you met up with a nut case but thier out
there for sure just waiting to pounce on someone for their own reasons.
