When my Aunt was diagnosed with cancer her oncologist told her to keep away from her pets while having Chemo, didn't say why. We figured it was because you are more prone to infection while on Chemo and if you were to get scratched or bitten it could be very serious.
Maybe that's why she's keeping them outside. |
