I feel your pain and so glad this is one area I have never been bullied into as i seeked out jean dodds when the whole mvd issue came up and dd kept losing her hair and they refused to run blood work for thyroid so i drove to jean and i was right
I am so glad i did that as that could have been another disaster with low thyroid. They felt her thyroid was fine a year prior so why retest but her hair was coming out in clumps when i brushed her and they kept saying it was steroid use and allergies
It wasn't it was her thyroid had dropped in half in one year - so glad i found jean before they needed more vaccinations she is a true God send to me and my gang
check out the neck - they kept saying cannot be thyroid it is on the back only lumbar region. I said i guess she did not read the text book then
