My personal preference is to wait until 8 months at least... I had my girl done at 10 months. For sure, give it a few more months since she has the retained baby teeth... at 6 months my girl still had about 6 retained baby teeth, by 8 months they had come out on their own.
My girl was under 5 pounds when she went under and she had a liver biopsy which is much more invasive then just a spay and all went well.
