The park you are thinking of is Carl Schurz park on the Upper East Side, its lovely. I take my yorkie there almost every day, she is recovering right now from being fixed so we have a few more days before we can go back. The small dog run is on the river, the view is wonderful. You can enter the park on 86th or 84th just continue to walk towards the river. I believe the dog park on 60th and the river also has a small dog run but we have yet to make out way down there. |
