I just went through this with one of my momma dogs and someone suggested pumpkin and it did the trick.
Just a teaspoon full will do it. Use the canned pumpkin but not the one for pies, look at the ingredients so it says only pumpkin. Mine will eat it off the spoon (it does smell yummy) or mix in with the food a little.
I gave it to her once a day until her diarrhea was gone.
I hope she is feeling better soon, poor baby, lots going on. And I would give pedialyte in place of tap water for a little while then mix it with your tap water as she starts doing better.. Or mix it now, she needs the electrolytes anyhow
I always give that when mine get diarrhea.
