Well, I've heard of colostrum, but that's just the first milk a mother produces, it's filled with all the mother's antibodies, that help protect the newborn, during the first few weeks before it gets its shots. That's why if a mother dies in childbirth, the newborn loses this advantage. Human mothers also produce it, and I recommend every mother nurse for at least a few weeks, but that's for a different forum. I wouldn't think you could buy this, it's only produced the first day or so.

I can't really comment on the second link, I don't know enough about the subject. I wonder why they chose that name, it's a little misleading, and that always makes me suspicious.
