I don't know all the details on the hormones exactly, but I do know that breeders use it and it is easily digested. Cerise loves it and I have been drinking it for a while myself, because I quit eating and drinking cow's dairy products. After I got Cerise I was eating some plain goat yogurt one day and she went crazy trying to get some from me. So I researched it and went for it and she's happy! So I am because I can now eat my yogurt in peace LOL!
