That's a great idea! I'll have to keep a close eye on her when I'm home and she's out, but actually, my kitchen is tiled and I could just put up a gate and put her crate in there so she can get out if she needs to. I'm so used to not having any option, I forgot I now have a tiled kitchen floor. Thanks for getting the brain thinking.
