I'm seriously considering the camera idea. Yesterday was such a beautiful afternoon that I could hear many neighbors outside, including 2 of these 3. So I went in my backyard and loudly made a "public announcement." I made it very clear that I would be watching and that I WOULD report any other incident. Several of the neighbors were very nice and were outraged and disgusted by what happened, including one of those that uses diapers. But, the other one did not say a word - I heard them rounding everything up and they went straight inside and never came back out. I know where to focus my camera now.
