too bad this happened I personally know how it feels when you want something so bad and cant have it but look at the bright side your hubby has given you the ok to add a new furbaby and there are so many in the shelter looking for a great mommy like you to love them up so i say head to the shelter and make someone and yourself very happy .......goodluck
