My fiance and I are from NJ and have been contacting breeders about getting a yorkie puppy. They're prices have been extremely high and out of price range ($1800-$2500) We want to be sure to get our new 'family member' from a reputable breeder, but we are not showing our dog. We just want a healthy happy puppy that will live a long healthy/happy life. I think the reason their prices are so high is because they are all show dogs that they are breeding.

I met Bonnie Johnson (Nikis2) through this forum. She has three dogs that are pregnant now and told me she would notify me when the pups were born. She seemed very knowledgeable. She also said when the puppies are ready, we can go and see them and meet mom, grandmom, and great grandmom.

We just wanted to know if anyone has worked with her or knows anything about her? Thank you so much!
