I think you should call your vet. Constipation can be very painful and at 6 weeks I would not just give him anything unless my vet has seen him.
It might be an idea to gently wash his bottom down as this sometimes encourages them to poo with the warm water relaxing the bottom. It should help get the hard poo off his rear also.
